SMPS transformers
Switch-mode power supply main transformers requirements depend on power range, topology, isolation and frequency. Therefore, a wide range of materials, formats and winding technologies are available. Our aim is to optimize size, efficiency and cost.

- LLC Resonant (Transformer + Inductor)
LLC set including transformer and inductor in the same mechanical custom box. Specially designed to reduce switching losses. Transformer with very low leakage inductance with triple isolated litz wire. All materials are Class F. Silicon potting to avoid damaging the cores.

Specially designed for air leads, this full bridge PQ50 transformer combines bifilar Cu foil winding with split primary made of 8×0.63mm wire. Metal clip is used for extra mechanical vibration resistant build.

Using PQ45/45 format with high current at secondary winding. Copper foil plated to avoid rust. Double isolated litz wire, output with terminal atteched by hot crimping. DC/DC side of an on board charger.

LLC set multigap. Primary and the inductor connected without external connection to reduce ringings due to capacitance. Compact design for a 10kW system. Using triple isolated litz wire and plastic separator between turns to reduce coupling capacitance in the same winding.

Used in a 6kW inverter, this transformer uses double E71 format winding with a combination of Cu foil and litz wire. With a custom aluminium base, it offers enhanced mechanical robustness.
