All our components are, according to their specifications, manufactured by customer request in one of the following contact variants:

There are several possibilities to choose form, even if the contact variant is not visible then please contact Heynen so that we can discuss the specific request.

Current available variants are :

Thin Film

• Lead-free, pure tin galvanic contact (Standard and automative)
• Non-magnetic, galvanic contact (without nickel barrier layer, low magnetic permeability), select -N
• Tin-free, epoxy bondable contact (for mounting with conductive adhesive),  Select -K

Thick Film

• Lead-free, pure tin galvanic contact (Standard and Automotive)
• Non-magnetic, galvanic contact (without nickel barrier layer, low magnetic permeability), Select -N
• Corrosive gas-resistant contact (increased resistance against sulphation processes), Select -S
