KSK-GP501 Reed Switch

The GP501 reed switch series is available in a contact form 1A (SPST) (normally open contact), center gap and comes in an operating sensitivity range of 7-35 Ampere-turns (AT). This GP501 model has a maximum glass length of 12.7 mm, a maximum glass diameter of 2.3 mm and an overall lead length of 54 mm.
This GP501 offers excellent electrical characteristics with zero to 10 VA of rated power, switching voltage of zero to 200 volts of direct or alternating current (VDC/VAC) and switching current max of 0.5 amps (A) or carry current max of 1 amps (A). Furthermore, it has contact capacitance of less than 0.3pf, minimum insulation resistance of 1012 ohms (Ω) and breakdown voltage of 250 VDC (@10AT) across the contacts as well as a 100 milliohms (mΩ) contact resistance.
Typical operating and release times are 0.5 milliseconds and 0.1 milliseconds (ms) respectively. Its operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 125°C and can be stored a temperature range of - 50°C to 155°C.
