Isabellenhütte BAx Bus Bar shunts

The Isabellhütte BAx series provide you with an exceptional flexible busbar shunts. The shunts can be provided  with various connection types.

Connection types like Flat Cable, Printed Circuit Board(PCB), Press Fit Pins, Pressed in RadSOK pins, e.g are available to make the interface with your system as easy as possible.

 

The shunts are based on MANGANIN® and ZERANIN®, both alloys provided by Isabellenhütte, the resistive material is electron-beam welded between two copper terminals and characterized by extremely low temperature dependence of the component. This makes the part well suited for extreme and harsch environments,

BAx shunts are standard passive components, but customisation in terms of resistance value, physical dimensions and surface coating is a possibility. This gives you the opportunity to adapt the part fully for integration in your system.

The shunts are available with resistance values from 5µΩ to 500µΩ, for high power application in e-mobility applications.
