Heynen maintains, repairs and calibrates Rycom equipment on daily basis. Our highly qualified and experienced service technicians are equipped with an innovative, state-of-the-art, ISO9001:2015 accredited laboratory.
We are continuously improving the quality of the calibration process, resulting in short lead times and high customer satisfaction.

- We maintain, repair and calibrate a wide range of equipment from Rycom and also the same equipment from BAUR. For example, we have 10 orders per month for calibration and maintenance of the RYC8879 stick and the Baur CL20. The equipment needs yearly calibration.

- Our services meet the requirements of the ISO / IEC 17025 standard. We serve many customers with high demands, such as Unit-T, Proximus, Enexis and BAUR.
- We have calibrated test-cables in the ground at our office for test and calibration.
- Heynen has been selected by Rycom's Authorized Service Center for the Benelux market. Also BAUR from Austria is sending equipment to us for repair and calibration. We perform calibrations in our accredited laboratory and guarantee full traceability to the International System of Units (SI)
